Alignment Specifications for a 2002 Ford Focus Wagon SE
The Focus is a front-wheel drive economy car introduced by Ford in 2000. It is a "world car" sold with the same basic body type across the globe, with only minor changes made to its handling and steering in some markets outside the United States. It was the first vehicle produced under Fords newly-developed global development strategy, which sought to streamline production and reduce costs. The Focus quickly became one of Fords best-selling cars worldwide.
The Focus retained its original body and design until 2008, when Ford revamped it and introduced the second generation of the vehicle. In 2002 the Focus was available as a 3-door hatchback, a 4-door sedan, a 5-door hatchback or a wagon.
General Alignment Information
The alignment specs for all trims of the 2002 Ford Focus wagon are the same. However, the alignment specs for the 2002 Ford Focus wagon trims do not apply to the other trims of the vehicle for that year. The caster, camber and toe-in are adjustable on the front wheels of 2002 Ford Focus wagons. The camber is not adjustable on their rear wheels.

Front Wheel Specs
The limits for the caster angle of the front wheels of the 2002 Ford Focus are +1.87 to +3.89 degrees, with the ideal angle being +2.88 degrees.
The limits for the camber angle of the front wheels are -1.89 to +0.63, with the ideal angle being -0.63 degrees.
The toe-in can range, by degrees, from -0.12 to +0.12, with the ideal being zero.
Rear Wheel Specs
The limits for the caster angle of the rear wheels for the 2002 Ford Focus wagon are -2.22 to +0.34, with the ideal angle being -0.94 degrees.

How to Take a Catalytic Converter Off a 2000 Grand Am SE 3400
The Pontiac Grand Am SE came standard with a 150-horsepower, 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, but did have an optional 170-horsepower, 3.4-liter V-6 engine, which some people know as the 3400 V-6. The 2000 Grand Am SE used a muffler-like component, the catalytic converter, to convert the toxic gasses in the exhaust to less harmful ones. Replacing the cat on the 2000 Grand Am SE 3400 is a straightforward task, thanks to the vehicles simple exhaust design.

Allow the vehicle to sit until the engine is cool to the touch, then allow it to sit for an additional hour to allow the exhaust and catalytic converter to cool completely.
2Lift the front of the Grand Am with a floor jack and slide jack stands under its subframe. Lower the vehicle onto the jack stands.
3Crawl under the center of the vehicle and find the catalytic converter-and-front pipe assembly. Position a pair of jack stands under the catalytic converter-and-front pipe assembly to support it.
4Remove the three bolts securing the catalytic converter-and-front pipe assembly to the intermediate pipe -- the pipe to the rear of the catalytic converter -- using a ratchet and socket.
5Unfasten the two bolts securing the catalytic converter-and-front pipe assembly to the exhaust manifold crossover pipe, which is the pipe connecting the front and rear exhaust manifolds, using a ratchet and socket. Slowly lower the catalytic converter-and-front pipe assembly and remove it from the vehicle.
6Pull the old gaskets from the crossover and intermediate pipes, if needed, and scour the mating surfaces of both pipes with a wire brush.
Installation

Crawl under the vehicle with the catalytic converter-and-front pipe assembly in hand and set the assembly on the jack stands to hold it in place.
8Line up the bolt holes in the catalytic converter-and-front pipe assemblys front-most flange with those in the crossover pipes flange. Slide a new gasket between the flanges, aligning the gaskets bolt holes with those in the flanges, and hand-tighten the two retaining bolts.
9Align the bolt holes on the catalytic converter-and-front pipe assemblys rearmost flange with those on the intermediate pipes flange. Slide a new gasket between the flanges, aligning the bolt holes in the gasket with those in the flanges, and hand-tighten the bolts.
10Tighten all five of the catalytic converter-and-front pipe assemblys retaining bolts to 25 foot-pounds using a torque wrench and socket.
11Raise the Grand Am off the jack stands and remove the stands. Lower the vehicle to the ground.
